
Kuʻulani Keohokalole blends her grounding in social justice and community engagement with her experience in organizational change to help institutions transform and grow. Her company, People Strategies Hawaiʻi consults organizations across sectors who are looking to become people-focused, culture-driven, and equity-centered.
Kuʻulani has served on the boards of the Kualoa-Heʻeia Eucemenical Youth (KEY) Project, Hui Aloha ʻĀina Momona, Pūnana Leo o Koʻolaupoko, KAI LOA, and the Association for Talent Development Hawaiʻi Chapter, and in her current work, supports several nonprofit boards. She was named one of Pacific Business News’s “40 Under 40” in 2020.
Kuʻulani holds a B.A. in Ethnic Studies and Women’s Studies from UH Mānoa, an M.A. in Education Leadership, Politics and Advocacy from NYU, and an Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting & Change Leadership from Georgetown University. She is a proud alumna of James B. Castle High School, and resides in her childhood Kāneʻohe home where she raises her family.
